About this path
The flat, paved riverside walk along the Wye's south bank through Bishops Meadow and the King George V playing fields, between the old Wye Bridge and the Victoria footbridge. The meadows are Hereford's riverside floodplain — photographed fully under water in December 2000, and inundated again when the Wye set its all-time record here in February 2020.
