That’s below the level where this path usually starts to flood.
This flood line is still a starting estimate. The first reports of a flooded and a passable day will calibrate it.
About this path
Twenty hectares of riverside meadow below Abergavenny Castle, with surfaced paths and a popular Usk-side circular walk. It is working floodplain and goes fully under in big events — Storm Callum floated a footbridge away in 2018, and Storms Ciara, Dennis and Bert all put the meadows under water.

Flood Path is advisory and not safety-critical — river readings come from public feeds with no guarantee, and conditions can change fast in heavy rain. Use your own judgement on the day.
